Privacy Policy for Ludo
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in "Ludo Neon" (the "Game"). This game is designed as a local-first experience.
2. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect any personal data (like your name or email) on our own servers.
Virtual Economy: All coin balances and levels are stored locally on your device using an encrypted database (Hive).
Google Play Services: If you sign in via Google, we access basic profile information provided by Google Play for authentication and cloud saves.
3. Third-Party Services
The Game uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob: Used to serve Rewarded Video Ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and location data for personalized advertising.
FreeRASP: Used for app security and anti-cheat protection. It monitors device integrity (Root/Jailbreak status) to prevent memory hacking of the game economy.
Nearby Connections: Used for Bluetooth Multiplayer. This requires location permissions strictly for discovering nearby devices; no location data is ever uploaded or stored.
4. Data Retention
Since your game data is stored locally, deleting the app will delete all your coins and progress unless synced with Google Play Games.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our Game does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
